
Event Wrap-up, Evaluation and Report
Post event activities include preparation of all deliverables
to be provided at the final event wrap-up meeting. This meeting
is scheduled two weeks after the event date and should include
elements that include:
• Final budget reconciliation
• Database consolidation / hand over (hard and soft
copy)
• Post-event report
• Thank you letters for attendees
